The A Fund or the Body Machine and Fitness Suites Fund is a Fund that is centered around the robotic motion controlled internet connected exercise machines of the Physiociser and the Cardiociser.  The Physiociser which is capable of precisely targeting all muscles in any human body no matter what size shape of height they are is able to utilize all force types from electromagnetic to stack weights to hydraulic and more.  The Cardiociser is for the heart and combines swimming, stepping and cycling all in one non impact workout and is also capable of conforming to any body type. Both machines are internet connected for world fitness virtual workouts. This virtual fitness capability allows fitness professionals, doctors and athletic trainers to download customized programs to hundreds or thousands of machines worldwide with each machine conforming precisely to each person’s body. The land asset component of this Fund is the Private Fitness Suites. These suites provide a lifestyle component that extends comfort and unmatched convenience for men, women and families seeking partial or full privacy during their workouts. These suites about the same size of a hotel room contain the Physiociser, a desk and chair, wifi internet connection, large plasma screen tvs with dvd player, mp3 speakers, closet, full shower and digital menu where sandwiches and smoothies can be easily ordered. These machines priced at $34,000 each and the private fitness suites having monthly memberships between $100 and $150 will provide Investors with a generous and continuous revenue stream payout once machine sales and pre-construction suite sales commence.

The B Fund or the World Cyber Security and Data Protection Fund is a Fund that will allow Investors to capitalize of the introduction of a permanent solution to the current and looming crisis of internet computer security and virus eradication.  Anything that can be constructed can be deconstructed and computer software and hardware is no different. Theoretically it is possible that one well crafted computer virus designed to be self adapting can alter, wipe out or control every interconnected device. Since we live in an information intensive age this means virtually half of all electronic gadgets.  And with future plans to connect everything from car engines to houses even on to toasters and refrigerators to central control devices like laptops and cellphones it is easy to assume that all devices will be interconnected soon.  Without proper protection this is a world disaster in the making.  The technology of this Fund is poised to deliver a solution to both data protection and virus protection incorporating advancements that are beyond current available technologies and methods. The C Fund or the Super Efficient Fuel Engine Fund is a Fund that holds technology that is here at the right place (United States) and the right time (current and looming oil crisis). Because energy availability is limited and consumption is growing the market for a new technological gasoline engine could not be better for Investors as well as the environment.  Why invest in gasoline technology and not electric or other forms? Out of all the energy sources gasoline provides the greatest bang for the buck.  This means that the energy that is stored in one gallon of gasoline outweighs the energy outputs of other sources. Power is the current demand. With this said it is much more profitable to develop an engine around a power source that is both readily available and has a distribution infrastructure (gas stations) already in place.  The engine technology of this Fund targets all of the core needs that a 21st century engine must have from being super gas efficient, low noise, compact and lightweight and most of all environmentally clean. This engine will not only provide high power to vehicles but to equipment and to air vehicles as well. 

There has never been a better time for such a technology to be released and not a better time for Investors to capitalize on it. Although much money is being invested in clean technology today there will only be a few winners after the clean energy bubble and Coalesce Point has a winner.  If you remember the dot com bubble there were many internet companies forming but the market dominant ones survived.  Microsoft Internet Explorer, Amazon.com, eBay and Google.  Yet what separates this Clean Energy boom apart from the Internet boom is that the Internet boom was based on marketing and dominance which is only protected by user loyalty with any of the companies being just a click away from being out of business.  With the Clean Energy boom, market dominance is achieved by one thing, superior technology.  The engine which has the highest efficiency (uses a greater percentage of each gallon of fuel) along with the greatest versatility and competitive price will dominate. The higher the efficiency the greater the savings and the quicker the costs of the engine can be recouped. Currently there are 3 major types of engines in use, the four stroke engine which is used in almost all vehicles, the 2 stroke engine which is used in small equipment like lawn equipment and the turbine engine which is used in aircrafts.  The engine of the C Fund is able to power all of these at the highest efficiency and power levels. This engine can replace engines in current vehicles already purchased and be installed in new vehicles.  By having a high efficiency this engine will reduce the price of gas from $4 to $1 to $2 a gallon (increasing the miles per gallon). And as a hedge to keep gas prices from rising higher this engine can use any fuel from gasoline to diesel to biofuel and any other combustible liquid which introduces competition into the markets which do not currently exist. If you have ever said to yourself that you wish you had gotten in on the dot com boom you surely will say this to yourself if you miss the Clean Energy boom but the key to generating continuous profits is to get in on the Right Technology now.

The D Fund or the Vertical Takeoff and Landing Ships Fund is a Fund that allows Investors to capitalize on the long awaited dream of small compact flying vehicles better known as flying cars or air cars. It is ironic that after 100 years of flight, trips to the moon and other technological air and space marvels that the seemingly simple flying car has been so developmentally elusive.  As with the structure of all Coalesce Point Funds before any technology is put into a Fund it must be technically and economically feasible.  It is now feasible. It takes 5 key technologies to make the flying car work and they are fully developed. These are:

2. Power Transfer
3. Stability Control
4. Maneuverability
5. Air Traffic System
Investors who invest in this Fund will capitalize on an air industry that currently consumes great energy resources. Because these air ships will utilize the engine of the C Fund both Funds will be revenue assets to each other and to Investors.  And not just 4 and 6 passenger air cars but 20 person air shuttles. And although big body air crafts (picture the stingray’s body shape) are feasible it will be assumed that the crowded row after row seating arrangement will become obsolete and replaced by private quarters of fewer passengers.
